Here, you’ll explore traditional brewing techniques—recently recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage—taste award-winning sake, including the one served at official Nobel Prize events, and enjoy refined meals that celebrate local ingredients and Japanese hospitality. Whether you join a luxury tour or opt for a casual visit, your journey with Fukuju will be both memorable and meaningful. Luxury Brewery Tour & Kobe Beef Kaiseki (2-6 guests)

Curious about sake brewing but short on time?
This partially self-guided tour lets you explore our sake production area through a glass-paneled corridor at your own pace, then enjoy a free sake tasting served by our staff at our onsite Brewery Shop.
